ORIENTAL-MEX CHICKEN

for lack of a better name, this recipe may sound strange but the taste is original.
2 chicken breast-bone in, skin on.
salsa
Marinade:
soy sauce
ginger
crushed garlic
green onion-chopped
tsp oil
put chicken breasts in plastic bag, pour marinade over chicken. place in refrigerater for 4 hours.
set grill up for indirect cooking.
remove chicken bag, loosen skin and spoon salsa under the skin.
place on grill and cook covered for 30-45 minutes basting every 10 minutes with the leftover marinade till chicken is done.
