Corn Casserole

1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn,w/ juice
1 cup sour cream
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter,melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In medium size bowl,mix both corns,sour cream, jiffy,salt & pepper.Add butter & mix well. Pour into an 8x8 casserole dish,sprayed with cooking spray.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.Remove & sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven for 8-10 more minutes.
