venison pepper steak

This is great there is never any leftover


Venison Pepper Steak

1 lbs Venison cut thinly across the grain
(¼ in thick 2 to 3 in long ¾ in wide)

2 -3 Green Peppers sliced thinly

1 can mushrooms drained
(If you like mushrooms use larger can)

2 Tablespoons cornstarch

4 Tablespoons soy sauce

Mix meat 2 Tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch together. Let it marinate for ½ hour or longer.

Add 2 Tablespoons oil in a fry pan.

Fry green peppers till limp. Remove peppers from pan set aside.

Fry meat till redness disappears then add green peppers and mushrooms and remaining 2 Tablespoons of soy to meat.

Simmer and cover for about 10 min.

Serve over rice or noodles
